Combining Audio Streams

I have 3 audio streams, one for voices, one for music, and one for sound effects. How do I losslessly combine those three into one singular audio stream has all of the audio?

With clever FFmpeg-GUI.
Load your file, click main, click extract streams, set your streams (on the left) and click extract.
Done.

But I have multiple videos. Is there a way I can do this with multiple video files at once? Plus, the GUI didn't work.
