TLS cdm instead of MPD stuff?

And I am wondering about TLSv1.3 from Wireshark.

A Browser comes with DevTools and a Network tab. But in my case, it's not a browser. It's application. If I wanted to view requests and stuff from that application to the internet and that what I receive back, I can't open that magic Network tab, because it's not a browser.


So whaaaaaaat can be done
