And why whenever i manage to do it, 60fps video despite settings and media info looks like 30-24fps after conversion? I tried to use both and both do same strange stuff.
I have video recordings with occasional dips, because of them in video editors audio is desynced. I also read that it's possible to do in Kdenlive, but i never used it before and couldn't find any info related

In theory, converting the video to constant frame rate will not change the running time. So the audio should still be out of sync.

That's what i did, i have 50fps recording with some fps dips there and there, if i choose 50 fps in HB, but instead it will render video in 30fps (final result doesn't look like 50 at all, more like 24), while media info will show that this is 50 fps, same with ShutterEncoder.

Is it in HB or SE? I have Deinterlace activated in HB by default, without it video will be interlaced.
I doubt MI will show anything interesting here:

Deinterlacing settings are Default, decomb.
Tried to convert another video, this time stream capture, without deinterlacing - no more audio desync, but video framerate overall looks unstable -
Have downloaded HB, to test.
In HB. use preset production standard, as filter deinterlace, Yadif, default.
