yt-dlp Help - Obscure Streaming Service

Hello VHF,

I'm looking to streamrip a documentary which my buggy/complicated Video DownloadHelper browser add-on says is located at the following URL:

https://manifest-gcp-us-east1-vop1.cfcdn.mux.com/JmGcpJmFzyyBoHE4kZwZCc2VKEvDD5OflZnk1...w00bR00iL2paYc

The stream's general/public-facing URL is https://means.tv/programs/ursula

I've tried using the username and password flags on yt-dlp, but I'm brand new to that program, and not all that familiar with command line use (though I should be from being a DOS baby). The output I get is as follows:
