  1. I am watching movies at volume level 100% in potplayer and I enabled the normalizer. The normalizer is doing an excellent job at making the audio louder but sometimes a sound effect in a movie disables the normalizer so the audio is a bit quiet and then it gets louder again. Why is this happening? Can I make it not happen again?

    The tool is trying to maintain a reasonably steady level. When there is a sudden spike it over compensates
    for a few seconds and you get the issue you are seeing
    My TV does the same thing

    I already did that. I set it to the minimum value.

    That that's the best you can do. Aside from turning the filter off.
