Problem with additional options in Handbrake with h264 videotoolbox Mac M1

I have additional options that refuse to work:level=4.1:ref=5:bframes=16:b-adapt=2:direct=auto:deblock=-1,-1:analyse=all:me=umh:merange=48ubme=11:trellis=2:fast-pskip=0sy-rd=1,0.15:vbv-bufsize=78125:vbv-maxrate=62500:rc-lookahead=60.

They are simply ignored by the programme, it takes into account all other settings that can be selected, but the additional options I wrote are not.
