    Dear all,

I've been lurking past couple of years for this and that and as of recently tried everything I could on my own following other people's requests, but alas I've hit a wall and got to reach out.

I am after downloading this: http://players.brightcove.net/6057994491001/ZXU7ga9jB_default/index.html?videoId=63374...levision%22%7D

I don't even know what I need or not anymore so whoever feels adventurous: I'm blindly following.

    Bless y'all!

Additional edit: Step-by-step walkthrough for future use and reference would be much appreciated Thx

Note: From @cblh's location "Irl", I found that playing the video needs an Ireland IP.
It uses boltdns services, and in this forum I remember that there's an already written script to help you download the video automatically.

This is a news report on September 20, 1998 entitled "25 Years Of Virgin Media Television - First News Broadcast"

    PSSH: AAAAVnBzc2gAAAAA7e+LqXnWSs6jyCfc1R0h7QAAADYIARIQY8 AUbqZ9Szyc0UMlI8UfzBoNd2lkZXZpbmVfdGVzdCIIMTIzNDU2 NzgyB2RlZmF1bHQ=
    License URL: https://manifest.prod.boltdns.net/license/v1/cenc/widevine/6057994491001/bc9c77c0-724c...1-432523c51fcc
    Key:
    Code:
    --key 63c0146ea67d4b3c9cd1432523c51fcc:c6a8e132894df898d61a0c3b443f4f21
Acquiring the key is a function of inputting PSSH, License URL and some HTTP Headers: key = function(pssh, license url, headers, etc)
You can use third-party downloaders to download the video you want: (fastly token emitted)
    Code:

Thanks for all of this really! It completely slipped my mind it's IP-sensitive.

I don't know how to proceed from here unfortunately. Mind PM-ing me? I'm on every messaging service under the sun I would really appreciate guidance.

Why PM? You can just ask for help here instead?
If you move a conversation to PM, that makes it so people who come here in the future and "are clueless and seek a hand", are unable to find answers..

My intention is to keep this discreet & low-key as much as possible in order to compromise these boards as least as possible..

But all the information you could possibly need to figure all this out, is already on here?
The only thing you need is a set of brains to figure out how to get the data you need (PSSH and License URL + headers/payload) from websites in an automated way.
There is nothing to keep secret anymore?

Anyway, you can get the PSSH using EME Logger and CrymanChen showed you the format of the license URL you need.
