  1. I have tons of photos saved ion my hard drive but a lo of it has duplicates amongst them and i don't feel like looking at each of them to identify when i have a copy. So which one is best?
    It would be awesome if there was one that can tell that an image is a duplicate even if it is a different size. Tried one i found but it could not tell 2 images were the same since there was just a couple kb tinier.

    Do the photos have the same file name or they are different?
    If you have the time and want to learn new things, then face recognition software might be a good start. There are paid solutions such as Amazon Rekognition.
