Recording srt with the viseo

Hi. I am having trouble to record Mp4 video with subtitle in it. I can watch it, but after recording, there is no subtitle.
The video itself have Turkish language, but the subtitle is Hungarian. Subtitle edit not recognize it either.

Im not familiar with viseo they are probably used in USA and Canada.
Is the source streaming site? They usually have subtitles in *.vtt format. You will need to dowload it separetly and play the video and select the subtitle that you downloaded. Anyway please give more information so that we can understand the actual problem.

Thanks for replying. This is a downloaded mp4 video from a sharing website in Hungary, They doing this not to be able to download the video. I can still download it with screen recorder,just killing me not to know how they did it. Videopad, AVS video editor, VLC, sublitle edit, etc. NOTHING even show it, like it doesn't exist.I could send you link to the site, but I do not dere, not knowing the rule about it. It's mind blowing thogh.

You can DM me the site name and the link to the specific video title and I will try to help you.
BTW a lot of the original Turkish videos can be traced back to their production website and they are easier to download than those sites that share them and add DRM.
Knowing the exact title name in Turkish can help, if this specific video is an original Turkish title.

Thanks, your so kind,but this one is difficult. The video is original Turkish video, with no any subtitle. Some hungarian groups translateted to hungarian, and created Hungarian subtitle to it. While watching the video, I can read it well the Hungarian words. I recorded the same video, and after playing, NO SUBTITLE! There is no program recognize the subtitle in it!!!!!! Like I said. Mind blowing. /so there is no problem to share the video link???/
