From local script you send the request from your IP or whatever proxy you're using. From those sites you use those sites' IP, unless you specify a proxy.

I use this site regularly and I like it. I have a problem with a video: by entering the usual data, it displays 5 license keys, but the mpd flow (I checked with aria2c) has 7 files (one for audio and 6 for video, at different resolutions): the 5 licenses produced require: 1 for audio + 4 for videos (but the licenses for videos with higher resolution are missing!!!) How can I do this? I'm not very expert. Thanks!

Look at the manifest url :

mpd_url:  https://npo-nl-ams-p21-am5.cdn.streamgate.nl/TRUNCATED/vod/npo/usp/TEST/npo/dash_cenc/POW_03738651/POW_03738651_v1535990024.ism/stream.mpd

TRUNCATED = a token removed by myself since it might contain sensible informations. You have to grab the manifest url by yourself in network tab.
