I've been using TSDoctor 2.0 to "clean" my Hauppauge .ts file captures. Never upgraded past Ver 2 as that's about all I use it for.
I had noticed that the files it creates show that the audio track is German according to MediaInfo.
I've looked at the TSDoctor settings and can't find where this might be coming from. Files run through Version 1.0 show English as the language.
The original ts capture file has no language indicated.
Not really a big deal, but I'm curious if there's a fix.

I have also version version 2.2
What happens when you open a video and you get the list of streams, like the one attached here? I see it shows nothing in yor case.
Mine lists the correct audio languages (French and English) and the correct subtitles language (French).
This is really what counts. Perhaps mediainfo has to write something so it uses the developer country by default, which is Germany.

When I open a video, the audio list says "German"... Version 1.2 is the same. I was confusing some old files that I created before I purchased TSDoctor.
Now that I looked at that more closely, I see a "tool" symbol that appears to allow selection of whatever language I choose.
Duh! It was there all the time.
    Thank You.
