I'm having a very difficult time decimating this source: https://mega.nz/file/hA9BjZRQ#BKxiMa60gXLCh6aeOUHjAD8KNDpALKv1cvmJGGVqJ_Y (I know it's a large file, but given the seemingly random patterns of dupes, I can't just upload a sample.)
One person I talked with suggested:
based on the sample I sent them, but that didn't remove all of the dupes. Would anyone here be able to take a look at this? Is it even worth removing the dupes, or should I just restore it to 18fps with assumefps, and leave the dupes in?

What are the specs of the file? Is a 1:1 blu-ray rip?
This movie has been restored. Why would you want to decimate to a
non-standard frame rate?
I'm not going to download 25gb I dare say some will.
Can you cut some out from the body of the movie?
In this forum you can upload up to 500mb
There's a version of it here. I may try and download that to take a look.
What is the existing frame rate?
The FPS is 25. I sent a sample to a friend, but they were unable to decimate it fully based on what I sent. This is the sample I sent: https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/fdc5195a-3e6b-4843-aa46-6b063a0897f3
I don't think its going to work with decimate, different sections have different underlying frame rates, with
variations up to 1.5 fps.
