I'm having a very difficult time decimating this source: https://mega.nz/file/hA9BjZRQ#BKxiMa60gXLCh6aeOUHjAD8KNDpALKv1cvmJGGVqJ_Y (I know it's a large file, but given the seemingly random patterns of dupes, I can't just upload a sample.)
One person I talked with suggested:
TDecimate(0,6,23)
based on the sample I sent them, but that didn't remove all of the dupes. Would anyone here be able to take a look at this? Is it even worth removing the dupes, or should I just restore it to 18fps with assumefps, and leave the dupes in?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

What are the specs of the file? Is a 1:1 blu-ray rip?
This movie has been restored. Why would you want to decimate to a
non-standard frame rate? -

I don't think its going to work with decimate, different sections have different underlying frame rates, with
variations up to 1.5 fps.
Search the forum for detect duplicates for alternate methods -
