  1. Me again, asking for help! Here goes: I've encoded the movies from BMW's site using TMPGEnc(h) to NTSCfilm VCD. Yes, my DVD player will play this back, but any movement on a horizontal or vertical plane has a slight jerkiness to it, like it's skipping frames! I know that the original QT movies are 24fps, but NTSCfilm seems to be the closest template to this, so where am I going wrong?
Also, along the same lines, how I can knock the 30fps movie files down to PAL 25fps without getting that awful jittering jerky effect?!
Any help would be very much appreciated!
    Thanks! )

  3. Also try burning at less than full speed (even 1x if necessary) sometimes I get skips if I burn at 8x (my CDRs top speed).

  5. I'd also suggest burning at 2x with Nero. Anything I burn below or above causes playback skipping for me.
