Me again, asking for help! Here goes: I've encoded the movies from BMW's site using TMPGEnc(h) to NTSCfilm VCD. Yes, my DVD player will play this back, but any movement on a horizontal or vertical plane has a slight jerkiness to it, like it's skipping frames! I know that the original QT movies are 24fps, but NTSCfilm seems to be the closest template to this, so where am I going wrong?
Also, along the same lines, how I can knock the 30fps movie files down to PAL 25fps without getting that awful jittering jerky effect?!
Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks!)

Also try burning at less than full speed (even 1x if necessary) sometimes I get skips if I burn at 8x (my CDRs top speed).

I'd also suggest burning at 2x with Nero. Anything I burn below or above causes playback skipping for me.
