How to download/record this live stream as vod?

Tried using YT-DLP & N_m3u8DL-RE but both gave 403 error.

Another question, if a live stream (similar as above) uses two different .m3u8 url for video and audio then how to download them and join them concurrently using N_m3u8DL-RE?

@lomero checked the github commands but it's vouge on how to parse two urls into n_m3u8dl-re, download/record them concurrently and then mux them into a .mp4 file.
Tried stream recorder but the audio is out of sync.

Edit: I have found the single index.m3u8 url but it's showing 403 forbidden error. Even though I have parsed Referer and User Agnet headers.
