  1. I have an old video downloaded from internet that is not displaying correctly. It appears to be shrunk.

    I will add image of how it looks and how it should look.

    What is the best way to correct this issue and what is the best and easiest program to use?

    Thanks For any and all help.

  4. Use clever FFmpeg-GUI and change the DAR to 1.78 (16:9).

    Load your video, click main, click Various, click change DAR.

    It's lossless, so you don't loose quality.
    If done, click multiplex, the new created videostream is shown in green, select it and all other streams you need and click multiplex.

    Enjoy your new 16:9 video into the target folder.
