Subtitles generator with support for multiple languages

Hello,

I am looking for the best software, which is not cloud based (so no AWS Transcribe), and can produce subtitles files for given videos. The videos contain only dialogue, so there is no need to remove any noise or sound in the background, but "russian" as a language needs to supported. Ideally, the russian audio should be translated in an english subtitle file (SRT for instance).

I want to emphasize that I am looking for the software which produces the best end result and this does not have to be free.

Install Whisper AI Command Line it has support to many languages including Russian and is totally free.
For best results and accuracy, you need a GPU with 12GB VRAM or 8GB VRAM for good accuracy.
