Video Quality and Audio Troubles - ecoding problem

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue, and I'd like to explain it to you:

The original video is in full HD with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio.

However, I have encountered the following problems:

L3 - The video is only in 720p with 2 channel ACC LQ audio.

L1 - The video quality is 960x540p with 2 channel AAC LQ audio.

Regarding the audio, I've learned that the Bento4 SDK only supports AAC LQ. Do any of you know of an alternative SDK that supports AC-3?

Now, regarding the video:

L1 has higher quality, but it's 960p, whereas the original video is in full HD (1080p).
Additionally, when checking the media info, it indicates the format profile as "Main@L3.1." Does anyone know how to change it to 5.1 or 6?
