Need help in vinetrimmer with itunes

i want to download Thai audio from itunes but vinetrimmer shows Spanish audio. How can I make it show Thai audio?
When i check logs, It fetched links from Spain. "https://play.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZPlay.woa/hls/playlist.m3u8?cc=ES&a=1686476358&id=609317022&l=en&aec=UHD"
No matter, the iTunes link is what country. It will display Spanish.
