I could be mistaken but I think this site requires for you to get some token or something from the Android app and also use the CDM extracted from the same phone when you are trying to get keys.

the cdm that you have is from an Android device (real or emulated).
some sites use different authentication tokens for different devices and they are able to differentiate the device based on the cdm info in the license challenge that the device sends in.
some sites take it a step further and verify that the device info in the authentication token matches up with the device info in the license challenge.

But I assume that it's not the true reason.

P.S. It reminds me of the license URL of Paramount+, they have the same Second Level Domain, SLD.

some time the providers have some channels than use rotating keys, so just find the pair which are working in this moments, and then change the kid for the real kid inside thee pssh, and works find
