  1. Is there a way to remove the noise reduction that QTGMC does in the Hybrid program?

Maybe try my combination of settings I posted here a while back. Keep in mind I use this for sources such as VHS and DV. It might not be good for use with HD resolutions (probably way too slow to begin with).

I often use something inspired to Skiller settings to retain "original" look and don't denoise too much:

    Code:
    QTGMC(preset="slow", matchpreset="slow", matchpreset2="slow", sourcematch=3, tr1=2, tr2=1, NoiseTR=2, sharpness=0.1)
I do not use Hybrid so I cannot help, but Selur will do it for sure once he reads.

  5. Keep in mind that the lossless modes in QTGMC reduce it's ability to smooth edges, resulting in more aliasing and buzzing edges.

And settings that work well for one video may not work as well with others.
