    I got served a mpd and PSSH was inside it.
    License url also in the developer tools -> network
    Search "wv".

    Maybe it's one of those cases when one gets served an m3u8, another mpd, for some reason.

    Try using uBlock Origin and/or Privacy Badger?

    I'm not sure about key from DRM protected m3u8.
