    I can only download with this method from discovery tlc nbc, they all have mpd protection, does anyone know a solution

    yt-dlp -S "height:720" --cookies-from-browser firefox -N 6 --output %%(title)s.%%(ext)s only works with cookie browser

    well, you tell it to download 720p but it can't find that stream because it is DRM protected and won't list to available formats. To do that, you need to use at least --allow-unplayable-formats to be able to download them, but you'd still need the key to decrypt them.

    And to get the key, you need WKS Keys and a CDM
