Hello again from Greece.
So...i bought a PCI capture card...
Its ezcap 342B Live Gamer RAW.
I works fine with POT Player...but...since i install the card the pc dont shut down.
I press "Finish" i press the power button...and the pc reboots again.
Cant close it.
They only way to close it is to press the full power button next the electric cable behind the pc.
Try to find a solution in web...nothing...I contact with email to the mechanic of Ezcap, he told me to send him a picture of what my pc is doing...I told him
"its rebooting" !
The drivers of the card are for windows 7...maybe thats the problem, but i dont know what to do...
Any other guy with same problem in the past?

The cause is an electrical short when the card is installed, that card is a PCIe not PCI. Does your computer have a PCIe slot? My guess is No, because you indicated that it only has one slot, so i am guessing it's an old computer.
