having a problem with AIW Radeon 7500

I just bought an AIW Radeon 7500 and captured some tv no the problem is when I run the tv on my cpu and use the composite cables to put on tv everything shows (desktop, games, etc. on tv) but if I open windows media player or the program to watch tv all that is where the show should be is black 1 time today it showed video please tell me what is WRONG!!!

Its an overlay that seems to affect several TV-Out cards(not just ATI) You can work around the issue by setting your TV as your primary display. After you are done watching the movie you will need to disconnect your RCA/S-Video connection and reboot to restore your correct display. The only card that this has not happened with is the Matrox G4 series.
