    I am seeking first-hand input on tools (free or paid) which offer functionality similar to ConvertXtoVideo but with the ability to utilize OpenCL GPU processing & reduce the load on my CPU but which also have fast rendering speeds (especially H.265 -> H.264 conversion), good quality & a good amount of granular control over my video settings (i.e. custom profiles, etc.). Any help/input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I am not familiar with ConvertXtovideo, but I can say that Handbrake has support for various hardware encoders. For example, it utilised my RTX 3060 100% to transcode an AVI into H264 using NVenc.
