Downloading subtitles

I am struggling to find the correct command to download subtitles. I would very much appreciate some guidance on this.

By using the below line I see that there are 2 available subtitles, but they are listed as '.mp4' formats.
ytdlp.exe --allow-u --list-subs "https://cdn9.tvplayhome.lt/vod/eds/go3_svod/20230502T1341/GM_89418795/_/GO3_VOD_DASH_AVC/GM_89418795.mpd"

How would I download 'et' subs on this preferably in .vtt or .srt formats?

It works well, I didn't apply to the right movie. Appreciate the help so much! Thank you!
