Very much font size different between different Font Family

Left side is arial, and right side is cambay. Why is this happening? Thank you

Perhaps this is substitution font (not cambay) and other size (default?) is used - 60pt font in both cases should be way bigger.

I have load the font correctly. When in css, if we used 30px for both Arial and Cambay, it not have very big difference. But why in ass subtitle, it looks like very big difference?
