Site looks nice. So if we submit valid PSSH and it's not in the system, will it be added as well?

I tried Find on 3 PSSH I did recently, they were not found, I submitted through Home (only input PSSH, didn't know if I had to update anything else) and saw valid results (py from guides here showed 4 keys, site showed same plus 1 more for 5 total), but didn't see Total Key Count increasing afterward.
