  3. Just tried it.

When open directory (BD folder on disc), it opens the file (m2ts) instead of the disc.

Does not understand the BD menu (this is when it opens folder).

    Any other to try?

Open the Microsoft store and search blu-ray players. There are some marked free.

VLC works with Java menu (but not ideal) using vlc.exe bluray:///%1 in cmd-file (or vlc.exe bluray:///C:\Your_BluRay_Folder)
I guess it should work with HDMV menu as well

PS: menu "Media" -> "Open disc" -> choose Blu-ray

  6. Thanks for the pointer. Open disc works and it played the 2 timelines fine. The menu is available via Playback -> Title. However, there does not appear to have any way to take any action on the menu. Any hint?

    Thanks

Unfortunately no. I used it with the main menu for BD-J only.
Another player I've heard supports menu somehow is Kodi, but I never used it.

  8. Leawo usually offers me a virtual controller whenever I use it with one of my AVCHD discs/folders, saying that the mouse won't work with the menu (or words to that effect). Even without the virtual controller I can still navigate the menus using the keyboard. (I'm using v3.0.0.3)
