    Hi,

    I have some m2v and ac3 files that need to be muxed to mpeg. Is there a free software that's easy to use?

    Use clever Ffmpeg-GUI.
    Load your m2v, click main, click multiplex, drag & drop the ac3 file, select mpg as container, click multiplex.
    Done.
