Help with finding .mpd file for DRM-protected stream?

Hi, I'm very new to downloading and decrypting DRM-protected videos so any help is very appreciated!

I'm trying to download streaming videos from darkfans.com (it's an adult subscription site kind of like onlyfans), some of the videos are not DRM-protected, which can be easily downloaded with Stream Detector. However, for the DRM-protected videos, Stream Detector only shows two files "video.drm" and "playlist.drm". If I copy those as yt-dlp commands, yt-dlp will download the parts, but can't put them together into a video. How do I proceed from here? I've read that you can find the decryption key from .mpd files but I can't figure out how to find the .mpd file in the first place?

Out of curiosity, can you post a snippet of the video.drm file? I'm interested specifically in the beginning of that file.
