That cdm is long dead. You replace it with your own obtained from a rooted android device or an android emulator. See the stickies.

What are you on about? There's at least 4 or 5 other (public) websites that allow you to do the same.

Do tell, than. I'm talking about the code they have written for specific streaming services which I cannot mention here. I spent 6 hours looking for a good equivalent and couldn't. If you had that information I would be very grateful.

btw, I didn't intend for my first post to come off as stupid or rude, I've just been hacking away at this for a while and I'm pretty frustrated.

it doesnt sound like you were a part of the discord or if you were it wasnt for too long.
all the stuff that he wrote or took from other places/people was available for all to use.
if youre referring to the tpd-keys script, its already been discussed here and gwe202 has modified it to suit other services.

You're right, I wasn't part of any discord. I only started trying to decrypt Widevine content recently. I am not referring to TPD-Keys. I am referring to this. It seems that the challenge and license need to be modified before they can be used with pywidevine.cdm. Once again I am sorry for my initial post, I wrote it in the heat of the moment.

There's no need to be frustrated. 6 hours is nothing, I've been at it for a year now and I'm learning new things every day.
If you need keys for a video that you are unable to get for yourself quickly (like video will disappear from website or whatever), just post it here and someone will be able to help you out quickly. Apart from that, take your time and don't let it get to you.

Thank you for the advice. From what I can tell, the code in CDM-Project is the key to me getting what I would like to work. I would definitely prefer to get the key myself rather than ask for it on here

If you would scroll down a little more - you would see that I basically had to go through a divorce, and move. I’ve always ran and paid things by myself, so yes, while going through actual real life events, I didn’t particularly have time to keep everything going. Some people have more going on in their lives other than sitting around on a forum all day making wild speculations and accusations.
