Latest method to get keys?

I have:

• A mpd which contains the pssh values
• Licence url
• Created a virtual Android device and dumped the client id and private key

What do I do now?
I read that pywindvine is the way to go. Is this still the case? How do I use it with my dumped cdm data?

Maybe he did not.
But the way that url link is named, it makes impression on new users visiting this forum, that it applies to that particular title only (Temple of Doom)
