Convert 180 fisheye video to rectlinear?

I have video from 360 camera that looks like screenshot below, i want to convert from 180 Circle Fisheye lens to Panini / Vedutismo projection, what software can do it for me?

Assuning you know your way around Avisynth, Avisynths 'defish' filter (https://github.com/avisynth-repository/Defish) can help:

defish(fov=90)

Thanks for the plugin, i will try to make it do what i need, however was really working for a ready solution like PTGui, but for video.
