Please see this screen recording https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiME9-OXtIY from a movie that I was watching. Look at the wood in the back of the room. It's horizontally shaking when the camera is moving. The horizontal shaking is because the movie was encoded in a bad way and it's not like that in another version of the movie.
Next please see this screen recording https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHi0lRNApug from another movie that I was watching. Look at the bookcase in the back of the room. The vertical edges are flickering so they look jagged\wavy when the camera is moving. It's like this in multiple versions of the movie. I noticed the same thing in other old movies.
I want to ask why is there flickering on the objects when the camera is moving? It looks the same thing like a game which has bad anti aliasing so objects have jagged\wavy edges.
Is the flickering happening because the movie was recorded like that because when old movies were made they didn't have the technology to properly handle that effect? Or is the flickering happening because of a bad encode like in the first movie?

You are suffering from many dropped and duplicate frames. You need to fix your capture process first.
And for serious analysis you need to upload your original caps.
