DFS 500 Video Mixer questions?

Hi! I'm working at home with Sony DFS 500, familiar with it from a studio, but running into some home problems inputting Key in sources successfully [no input appears from Ext Key In though other than that, Title section works fine, source doesn't appear to need to be genlocked]. I'm interested in 1] which particular forum, if any here, might be suitable to ask about such? 2] Other forums for this type querstion anyone might point me to? Thx!

Update: Rigged up a genlocked source, and now with Title key In I can see some input, but unlike the A/B keying which is over full luminance spectrum, this is locked in setting and the clip knob has no function. With the genlocked source DSK works, and the clip covers a fairly wide but not full range. Even with a genlocked source I'm unable to see any input with DSK Ext Key In.

I know analog video is niche, but still would love to hear forums where people post about such issues?

Update: I'm told DSK Ext Key signal is an outline filled in by DSK Video signal and isn't visible unless both signals input together.

Still would like word on forums relevant to such questions?
