    I downloaded a Spider-Man AVI file but all it plays is a black screen. What do I have to do to get it to work?

    Do you hear audio and just get no Video ?

    If that's the case you need to install the COdecs for your video stream. See TOOLS Section

    there is no audio, just a black screen that plays until the end of part 1 or part 2 of the movie
