Also youtube dl doesn´t work.

Put the keys in a file (keys.txt) and use N_m3u8DL-RE

./N_m3u8DL-RE --key-text-file keys.txt "https://video.dpgmedia.net/out/v1/b7e7482acc3644cba5e0d7156b1890a4/eb76c933215848938246f10a6161dc4b/75aa63df75e944e0aeafbdbcbf096fc1/index.mpd" -M format=mp4

ffmpeg and mp4decrypt must be in the same folder as N_m3u8DL-RE.

For testing i choose the smallest stream, video and audio are downloaded unmerged, but can´t open it. To merge them manually are not sucessful.

I had put the keys in the txt-file, use N_m3u8DL-RE and copy ffmpeg and mp4decrypt.exe in the same N_m3u8DL-RE-folder.

did you add the last part of the command from cedric?

 -M format=mp4

if not, it wont mux them for you

also make sure that the key file doesnt have "--key " at the start of each line, otherwise it wont find the keys and it wont decrypt your content
