I have a video with burned-in subs, but they're burned in on the letterbox black, not over the image itself, which is a pain. I'm thinking I can crop it down to just the lower black bar, which gives me a clean video of just white text on a black background, but then it's a question of generating frame grabs each time the subs change and knowing the timings and such. Thoughts?
