In your country there are plenty of S-VHS VCR's with built in line TBC, Get one and you most likely don't need anything else.

	It is no longer the 90's where you can choose freely. Whatever you can find now in full functioning state, as long as it's a S-VHS VCR with built in line TBC.

	Once you start looking for those requirements you will be down to about two manufacturers, JVC or Panasonic, Sony made some high end VCR's with built in line TBC mainly for the Japanese market, but now are all obsolete and hard to find, The later ones don't mention TBC at all, So not sure if any of Sony's late 90's ever built in TBC.
