Has anyone else had this problem:
If cd creation is attempted by Easy CD Creator v5.xx using multiple video files and stored to an Cif image before burning, the image file is too large to burn. I have tried it on multiple machines with different recorders (one scsi and one ide) and am not sure why this happens.
For example, 2 files, 450mb and 120mb respectively, are added to a videocd without any menus, just files. An image creation is attempted. The image creation stops at 96% (always on a larger cd) for a minute, maybe two, and then continues. The 2nd file is automatically placed on a separate track and the file size is 500mb.or larger. The "cif" is now too large to burn.
If the image creation didn't halt for so long at 96% I would probably just burn it directly to the CD but since it does I can't.
Does anyone else know of this? Is there a solution?

try using VCDeasy to make an image of your VCD, and then just burn the image in EZ CD creator...or, you should be able to use the CDRDAO function on VCDeasy and just burn with that

I actually considered using Vcdeasy (or nero), or even combining the files with dvd factory but I'm wondering, why would this even happen at all? I was hoping that there was a solution that would allow me to continue using the same software.
