Problems downloading embedded video

Hi guys, I need to download some videos, but the 403 forbifdden error is appearing, and the source link downloads an m3u8 which I don't know how to download the video, I tried yt-dlp, streamlink but I can't find a solution, I can't finish understand if the video is encrypted and if it is impossible to download, I tried each and every one of the browser extensions to download videos and they do not work, I also went around a lot through the developer inspect, I checked the network tab and everything is blocked by the 403

thanks for reply, but i have the same issue, it's always the 401 error, the thing here is that every single .ts / drm has a key, and i've tried everything, streamlink, yt-dlp, i've read all the previus threads and i can't

the thing right here is that i don't know how to know the encrypted key, when i search in developer tools for those keys i get something like this...
