  1. I recently used the Rewrap feature of Shutter Encoder to convert some videos I have in MKV to MP4 as I wanted to use editing software that didn't recognize them as MKV. Now I wish to convert back to MKV. However, MKVToolnix doesn't recognize the audio and subtitle track names that are still in there (I was sure the program did see those names on previous occasions).

Is there any other way I can do this?
