    It seems the original fps was lower than 29.97. I tried TFM but the result is not good (still interlacing artifacts).

    Thanks. Is it any quality issue if I use QTGMC instead of Yadifmod2?

    No quality issue. It's just slower but hardly much better. Just try it.
