So yes, I have bunch of videos from which I'd like to blur moving faces.
In the past I used youtube blur faces function but I found it to be of mediocre quality, some faces remained unblurred across videos.

I presume AI algorithms are getting better every year though.

Can anyone recommend best free online app to blur moving faces?
