Easy Question for some of you I think, but I don't see it as a newbie question.
I have a 702x576 Huffyuv encoded vid, and I'd like to know if i should use VirtualDub to convert it to 384x288 in VirtualDub, and then make it a VCD in TMPGEnc, or if i should convert the 702x576 to VCD directly with TMPGEnc. Which one will be of better quality?
And also, what are recommendable filters to use with VirtualDub when converting to VCD.

The best way is to encode it with TMPGEnc as a vcd using the standard vcd template.
I don't like using filters, unless there is a problem with the picture quality otherwise it's not worth the trouble and could make the picture quality worse.
