Toshiba VCR's-any good than JVC HR-737MS?

Hi all,
I have a JVC HR-737MS which is making me problems. the unit has 6 head and from 1996.
I think it's above standard machine, I have used it to transfer all my VHS tapes.

A friend of mine can offer me:
Toshiba V-E59 with 6 head
Toshiba V-E40 with 4 head
SONY SLV-X25ME

all working ok.
I just watch VHS tapes without recording, and transfer them to my computer.
What is the best of all this models? or should I stay with my JVC and fix the belts/motor etc.?

they all seem on par as far as features they do hi-fi, sp-lp. 4 or 6 heads won't change much things as far as digitizing. Both toshiba's do pal/ mes/ ntsc it seems (that's always a plus) , not sure about the sony

Head count does not mean much, You only playback the tape with two heads at any given time, None of them is high end, they are all basic VHS machines except that they are multi standard, High end machines are the S-VHS with S-Video out and line TBC/DNR functionality, With those expect average quality with horizontal jitter, A stabilization device most likely needed such as Panasonic ES-10. I had the Toshiba by the way for sorting out tapes, works good as a playback machine but for serious capturing you would need something better so you don't have to deal with stability issues.
