Need help getting the key to decrypt a video

I'm pretty new to DRM and video decrypting. I browsed the forum to gather informations. I don't have a CDM so I need help decrypting this video. I got this so far.

Is it possible for someone that have access to the site or own a private CDM to help me?

payload from license url(if you copy as curl(bash)then go to https://curlconverter.com/ and paste it , you will find all info you need)
headers not necessary, only need pssh or mpd/ license url/ payload
