YouTube Download video larger quality

Can someone please help me download this YouTube video in a better larger quality if it’s possible because I’ve read that YouTube videos ate compressed when posted online

simply run yt-dlp https_your_link_above

but the best res is only 854x480 (by default yt-dlp can download at the best res. so no need to add other)

so, run cmd window from do you have yt-dlp and simply paste this command: yt-dlp https://youtu.be/dmDNbiTRdaA

I did it and it keeps saying command not found yt-dlp

in address bar, from the folder that you have yt-dlp, type cmd and press enter

I’m using a Mac
And I even watched some YouTube videos of how to do it and make it work and it still doesn’t work
I’m new to this method so I’ll have to do some research
